Due to the exclusiveness of our studio, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.
No, gratuity is not include in membership prices.
Please call and let us know if you are running late. There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes. You will receive the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Appointments are canceled after 30 minutes late, and full price of appointment will be charged to your card on file.
We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. If a cancellation takes place with less than 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the total price of your service(s). If a cancellation takes place less than 2 hours prior to your appointment, 100% of the total price will be charged to your card on file. If there is no call and no show, your card will be charged the full price for the scheduled service(s).
If canceling a prepaid service, policy above applies, however, if there is any prepaid service credit, it will return to your client account to be booked again for a future date. A refund can only be issued by contacting our business directly.
To assure that all guests experience the very best service, we kindly ask that all communication devices remain in silent mode or turned-off. Please be courteous and maintain whisper level conversations.
Gratuities may be given in appreciation for excellent service. Tipping is normally 20% – 30% of the pre-discounted price of service. An 18% gratuity will be added to Couple’s Date Night experieinces and parties of 4 or more people.
Due to the exclusiveness of our studio, we do not take walk in appointments. Please be sure to call ahead for an appointment. Our therapist and techs are out networking when they don’t have appointments.
While the discount can be applied to nearly all services, it does not apply to our Couple’s Dinner Date, Relaxation for Two, or Reflexology appointments. Discounts also do not apply to services covered by insurance.
We will only accept one gift card/certificate/voucher per appointment. Gift cards/certificates/vouchers cannot be stacked to cover the price of a service. In addition, we do not accept these cards towards purchases of promotional and/or discounted services and packages.
Yes. The expiration date is stated on your gift certificate. In the event it is not, service gift certificates expire 6 months from the purchase date. In accordance with federal law, the paid value of a service gift certificate is valid for 5 years from purchase date, however, if it has not been redeemed within 12 months from the purchase date, it will be subject to a $25 inactivity fee for each year it hasn’t been redeemed. If it has been less than 1 year over the initial 12 month validity period, it will be charged $5 per month that is has not been redeemed.

Gift certificates purchased from Tailored Relaxation may be used towards specials and promotions during their initial 12 month validity period. If it is beyond the 12 months, Tailored Relaxation gift certificates will not be accepted as payment for discounted services. Service specific Tailored Relaxation gift certificates may only be redeemed for the service purchased.
All other gift certificates cannot be combined, nor used towards specials and promotions.
