Membership Terms and Condition’s

HERE ARE OUR SIMPLE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

We try to keep our terms simple. We have just a few rules which makes our wellness maintenance program one of the best in the industry.

Our wellness membership includes several benefits. As part of your membership, your monthly treatment should be redeemed in the month (within 30 days after you are charged your membership dues) you are paying dues. Membership treatments that are not used in the month will rollover, becoming a “rollover credit”, and must be used within 90 days from charged date. You may use one rollover credit per month. Advanced appointments made must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the appointment is considered a used treatment.


Membership benefits may be transferred two times in one twelve month period. Membership credits are not redeemable on the following holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day. 

Your credit card is securely kept on file. Each month your credit card will be charged the amount recorded on the same date each month, known as “monthly dues date”. Your credit card information and email address is required for participation in our wellness membership program.

Memberships are month to month. This agreement may be terminated at any time by a member provided that at least thirty days notice is given in advance of your monthly dues date. As of the effective date of a cancellation, all unused rollover credits expire. Tailored Relaxation reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership wellness program upon advance prior written notice. Membership cancellations must be provided in the form of a 30-day advance written notification sent to our physical address at 10410 Kensington Parkway, Suite 10, Kensington, MD 20895, or via email to business@tailored-relaxation.local. 


Any discounted Membership Gift Cards may not be used by a member any time during or after the cancellation of membership.
